“y’all” because that is what I heard all of my life. Most of the “y’all” speakers have passed away and I still cannot remove that term from my vocab. A side note – my hubby is from Northern Cali and uses that “for” thing all the time! “I will leave the dish out for they can use it.” How does that even work? With parents speaking like this, my kids have a high probability of weird lingo!

The lack of decent IDE support is not just a weakness but a deal-breaker for professional adoption. The existing Eclipse plug-ins have been more than just a bit rough. I'll wait to see reviews of the newer IDE support before I look at Scala again.

I think it’s good to listen to your body. I’d be tempted to aim for a marathon if I had trained as hard as you have. But part of that is that I can’t trust that I would have the dedication to train that hard again. You’re right…there will be many opportunities to run other marathons.

Ho letto anche io quel post e l’ho trovato molto interessante. Il mio problema di casa è che le luci o sono troppo blu o troppo gialle. Di solito uso l’automatica con focus manuale per essere sicura di mettere a fuoco ciò che mi interessa. Poi prendo la foto e la sistemo di esposizione sul pc (non uso mai photoshop, manco ce l’ho) e poi di nitidezza. Non faccio altro… non son capace di fare altro eheheh Baci!

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. mich am Anfang auch extrem verwirrt. Wie oft habe ich schon andauernd die Programme geschlossen, weil ich cmd+q gedrückt habe anstelle von alt+l. Das ist man einfach nicht anders von Windows und Linux gewohnt. Dennoch finde ich irgendwie, dass die Tastenkombinationen auf OSX um einiges schneller zu drücken und besser sind
